1. Our Products
Yellow Pine Floral grows and sells high-quality, seasonal cut flowers including Ranunculus, Lisianthus, Dahlias, Zinnias, and other carefully curated stems on our small-scale farm in Illinois. All flowers are perishable and subject to natural variation in bloom stage, color, and availability due to growing conditions, weather, and seasonality. We make every effort to offer the freshest blooms possible. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value based on availability, seasonality, or quality. We will make every effort to match the overall aesthetic and value of your order. We do not guarantee a specific vase life. Flower longevity depends on many factors including proper care, water quality, temperature, and handling after pickup. We provide general care instructions, but results may vary.
2. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are for local pickup only at this time. We do not offer shipping. Payment is required at the time of order or pickup, depending on the arrangement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order at our discretion (e.g., due to supply limitations or suspected fraud).
3. Pickup and Collection
Pickup details (date, time, and location) will be confirmed with you after ordering. Please arrange pickup promptly. Flowers are perishable and should be collected at the agreed time for best quality. We are not responsible for flowers that decline if not picked up as scheduled or if left in extreme temperatures after pickup.
4. Sales Tax
All prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of applicable sales tax. As an Illinois-based business, we are required to collect and remit Illinois Retailers’ Occupation Tax (and any applicable local taxes) on orders picked up in Illinois. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout or at the time of pickup based on the applicable rate at our farm location.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because our flowers are perishable: We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once flowers have been picked up. Cancellations are accepted only if requested before your order has been harvested or prepared. Please contact us as soon as possible. If flowers are significantly compromised at the time of pickup due to our error, please notify us immediately. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer a replacement (if available), partial refund, or store credit at our sole discretion.
